VP Product
-As the VP of Product for Process & Task Mining at ProcessMaker, I lead the Process Intelligence activities ensuring the seamless integration of Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Product-related tasks to support our B2B SaaS service. My responsibilities include:
Generating and managing the product roadmap for Process & Task Mining.
Successfully integrating the Workfellow platform into the ProcessMaker suite, enhancing our product offerings, and providing additional value to customers
Ensuring that cloud operations, sales engineering, professional services, and engineering functions effectively support our Process & Task Mining initiatives.
Collaborating with customers, the channel sales organization, support, and professional services to achieve our ambitious delivery goals.
Advocating within the organization to drive project success and contribute significantly to the company & Task Mining practice.
Co-Founder & Product Development Leader
-Led and built the product development team while working with customers and co-founding the company. Oversaw all aspects of product strategy, design, and development to ensure alignment with company goals and market demand.

Managing Architect
-As the Managing Architect, I led the design of process transformation initiatives utilizing Intelligent Automation (IA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Machine Learning (ML) solutions. I also recruited and managed the IA Team in Helsinki. My responsibilities included:
Collaborated with top management of clients to develop strategic transformation programs, leveraging IA technologies to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Facilitated transition planning and alignment between business, IT, and vendors.
Worked across multiple verticals: insurance, banking, retail, financial services, and manufacturing.
Productized IA as a Service for Nordic customers.
Through these efforts, I successfully positioned IA solutions as a core offering, driving significant growth and recognition for Capgemini in the region.
Strategy and Business Development
-At SSAB, I contributed to the strategy and business development of the group, including:
Led strategic projects and analyzed various structural consolidation scenarios.
Defined cost reduction programs and follow-up measures.
Participated in M&A
Through these efforts, I played a crucial role in enhancing corporate strategy, management consulting, pricing strategy, and business process improvement, significantly contributing to the growth and efficiency of SSAB.
